Deutsche Telekom´s well established and certified “Privacy by Design” process provides a high level of protection for their customers by default. In addition to that the company advocates customer control over their personal data.

This statement was the reason for our task: How could a data hub for all stored data of a customer look like? And how can the customer be made aware of the fact that the Deutsche Telekom gives him full control over his data?

As a first step, we used the topic of identity to increase the customer's interest in an exciting and emotional way. The second step consisted of a concept for guiding the customer to a self-developed data cockpit, which displays the stored data in one central location and makes it available for processing.
